Fiona has considerable experience and networks to be able to assist you to navigate the disability service sector for all your support needs. Fiona is experienced in leading and working closely with large complex support teams to deliver the best outcomes to an individual participant. Fiona is a passionate and dedicated, who goes above and beyond to best support participants and their families.
Disability Support Worker
Alex brings two years of valuable experience in disability support to our team. Her strengths lie in being a good listener and highly empathetic, creating relaxed and supportive environments. Passionate about self-empowerment and personal growth, Alex excels in connecting individuals with the tools they need for ongoing success. With 35 years as a professional musician, arranger, and producer, Alex has performed in various venues worldwide, from small clubs to stadiums and festivals. Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying fit and cherishing quality time with her wife and three beloved border collies.
Disability Support Worker and Coordinator
Ashleigh has over three years experience in disability services, and is completing her Master's in Counseling, Rehabilitation, and Mental Health. Enthusiastic and dynamic, she excels in personal care, home organisation, cleaning, transport, medical access, and community participation. Ashleigh specialises in linking individuals to services, demonstrating a dedicated commitment to understanding and achieving participants' goals. Outside work, she enjoys nature, staying active, meditation, exploring Melbourne's cultural scene, and is an avid AFL supporter barracking for the West Coast Eagles.

Diya joins our team with over two years of disability support experience in administering medication, assistance with daily living, domestic duties, personal care and behavioural support. She brings reliability, enthusiasm, and compassion to her role and has a passion for assisting participant to improve wellbeing outcomes and achieve their goals. Diya holds a Certificate IV in Disability and Manual Handling Certificate and Medical Competence Certificates. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at Deakin University.
Direct Service Delivery Coordinator
With 37+ years in the disability sector, Jacqui has extensive skills and experience that she brings to her role. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Residential and Community Services, along with an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management. Jacqui excels in providing personalised support and advocacy, prioritizing individual goals. She is a proud mother of two respectful and thoughtful sons, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, the gym, and walking the 1,000 steps.
Disability Support Worker
James has experience in disability support work within the community and at a day service. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, along with diplomas in Hospitality and Cookery, James now primarily works as a chef. His outgoing nature allows him to connect with new people and embrace learning opportunities daily. James has a passion for cooking and sharing food with others. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by going for runs, being social, and dining out at restaurants.

Jimmy joins our team as a recently qualified enrolled nurse with relevant experience in providing person-centred care and support. Project and Systems Manager
Olivia brings nearly a decade of disability support experience to the team. Currently working as a primary school teacher and administrative support at YSYW Disability Supports. With a Certificate IV in Disability, Olivia has an understanding of the diverse needs and supports of participants. She uses this experience when managing documentation, and implementing policies and procedures. Beyond her professional commitments, Olivia treasures moments spent with loved ones and her cat, Pounce. She enjoys crafting home-cooked meals and exploring a range of dining experiences.

Sash is gentle and quiet soul. He has been working in the disability sector for many years. He has experience in complex behaviour support and always delivers support in a person-centred approach. Sash holds a Certificate IV in Disability Support and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management.
